Schedule Add Item

Items with a bell send a phone notification when they start. Times are Eastern.

Everyone Chat

You can remove messages from the Everyone channel. Team chats and direct messages are end-to-end encrypted, so organizers can’t read them.

Floor Plan

• Built-in approximate layout
• Choose Photo of Posted Plan…

A straight-on photo of the evacuation map by the elevators works well. Swap it before teams start pinning, because pins keep their position relative to the image.

Map Pins

• Remove All Pins From the Map

Teams and people stay on the roster. Only their spots on the map are cleared.

Security

Everything travels over HTTPS. Emails, last names and notification addresses are encrypted at rest with a key only the server holds.

This device stays signed in for 12 hours. The password is stored on the server as the ORGANIZER_PASSWORD secret, and changing it signs every organizer out.
